Robert
C. Huber
Robert Huber is CEO of USG Inc.
Mr. Huber has nineteen years experience in business continuity
planning and training, a lifetime career in emergency
management, and over 20 years as a sworn officer and
investigator specializing in computer fraud investigation and
training. He graduated top in his class at the FBI Academy in
Quantico, Virginia where he later served as an adjunct
instructor. He is also a graduate of the ATF Academy and the IRS
Criminal Investigators School where he has served as an
instructor. He attended Secret Service Training and subsequently
served as a bodyguard for the Vice President of the United
States. He is currently a faculty member of St Petersburg
College in Florida.
White Papers and accomplishments include Computer Aided Dispatch
functional design specification development for 18 cities,
bankcard fraud detection software development, crime analysis
software, author of “Next Occurrence Prediction”, “Crime
Analysis with Incident Prediction Integration,”
“Telecommunication Issues in a Security Controlled
Environment,” and Response!, a text book on emergency
preparedness. He holds the first US Patent for a Business
Continuity Planning and Training engagement roll-out process.
He has been quoted in Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine,
Computerworld, NBC, CBS, ABC, US Magazine, Bottomline, Minnesota
Technology, Corporate Report Minnesota, as well as text books on
Computer Crime, major US newspapers, and several additional
trade publications.
